Malerbetrieb Cremer

I commissioned Mr. Cremer to sand my doors in the apartment and to repaint them, as this was due to my old landlords. Extract was specified. The order was not even nearly fulfilled. The newly applied paint was applied too thinly and the entire surface was covered with a drop-like pattern. I found paint noses everywhere, as well as a large imprint in the middle of the new paint on the door frame. From used areas were not or only slightly repainted, partly the previously sanded wood was still visible. My housing company of course didn't take the doors off me.

"Only the customer counts" and "wellness within your own four walls", it says on the website - who promises a lot can do a lot wrong. Mr. Cremer did not paint the walls satisfactorily in my apartment in the center of Munich. He called me much earlier than the agreed time to complain that he would not find a parking space in front of the house. So he parked briefly in the no-parking zone and helped him, as friendly as I am, to carry the paint buckets and utensils up to the third floor. Mr. Cremer has not taped anything and left spots of paint on the parquet floor. He also painted my curtains on the windows in places. The transitions to the ceiling are crooked. The fundamental. He didn't paint opaque - not at all. The white was clearly visible behind the gray. It is an unacceptable job for me. On my advice that he should please touch up, he didn't want to go in first and then made a second appointment - which he missed without excuse. The third appointment a week later, he noticed and then left after 2 minutes. He tells me I would have to pay another 50% of the original price because he only offered "one coat of paint" and it didn't have to be opaque. The experience with Mr. Cremer was certainly not wellness and I didn't feel like a king either. I then had the walls touched up by another painter: for less money, with two people, taped everything off, covered it up and cleaned it up cleanly. All things that Mr. Cremer has missed. Conclusion: not recommended for me.
