I actually always like to go to Edeka to do my weekly shopping, but the staff who work there apart from 2 young women have all become very rude and treat you very disrespectfully. Last time I had to be insulted, which I have heard from acquaintances several times. This branch doesn't seem very collegial to me either, because you have to hear a lot of teasing, even as a customer! Wouldn't like to give a star because something like that doesn't show good management of the shop and bad staff attitudes! I am very disappointed with the circumstances there

You go shopping and suddenly you realize how rude people are talking to customers and even among employees. Professional is something else!

Good product selection but unfriendly cashier no goodbye, nice evening or nice weekend. The customer is seen as disturbing. The next point is that you have to wait for half an eternity at the cash register because no second cash register is called out even though the queue at the cash register is getting bigger. You should have occupied at least two cash registers in the strike times or just call out one earlier!

unfriendly staff shelves often not replenished I love groceries in this shop is not often moldy caught or expired found the hammer flat bread 6 weeks over the date

Once again I was disappointed in this store twice purchased meat was broken And this time the chives that escapes rot again
