As Mr. Osterloher says, there is often a lady in the shop who is only on the phone and is very rude, but as I have heard from other customers, this should be the boss personally! I won't shop there anytime soon!

Unfortunately, you have to give a star. Were in this branch today. And the nice saleswoman didn't have time to say hello to her cell phone because she was so busy. You felt like you were only bothering her. Until after a while she got comfortable asking us what we would like to do, but at the same time always looking at the cell phone. I wish her manager or boss doesn't even come by.

You can also scare off your customers. Just bought here and unfortunately the goods were wrongly labeled at the counter. Instead of 2.75 as written on the sign, the ladies quickly order EUR 2.95. As I noticed the mistake, there was only the shaky and really bold answer: the sign is wrong. When I pointed out that the award made it compulsory to sell at this price, the only answer I received was "what can I do for my colleague doing this wrong". And I should come back tomorrow and complain. So: the amount paid too much was not returned and neither was a complete transfer. Instead, the stupid way I was being rude, etc. Well, not everyone is born for this job - what a shame, but that was my last purchase in the shop.
