I have used Mr. Schöller's services very often and have been a customer for many years. From repairs to inquiries that can simply be clarified by telephone to new purchases with installation, everything always worked out perfectly. Mr. Schöller is competent, customer-oriented, punctual and offers excellent service at reasonable prices.

In December 2019, just before Christmas, my Siemens ceramic hob went on strike. After a phone call with Mr. Schöller, I sent him the device number and the error message by e-mail and asked for a repair appointment. No reaction from Schöller, after 06-01-2020 I called Mr. Schöller again and sent him the data of the ceramic hob and the number of the error message again. During the conversation, Mr. Schöller immediately told me "it will be expensive", he would get in touch. Today is February 20th, 2020. I haven't heard from Schöller yet. He doesn't seem to need to win new customers. I have now bought a new ceramic hob, but not from the Schöller company. I have never experienced such an impossible business.
