I came by with a USB stick and 3 photos in .tiff format on it. The photos should be printed out. Both computers generate error messages. Ms. S. is of the opinion that it is due to my USB stick (FAT formatted). So at home the photos, as requested by Ms. S., transmitted via WeTransfer. Ms. S. is of the opinion that it is not a WeTransfer link and does not dare to click on it. I tell her by phone that it is a WeTransfer link. In fact, it's a WeTransfer link. We agree to pick it up in 30 minutes. The photos are not printed because the printer cannot read .tiff files. Ms. S. doesn't know the difference between .jpg and .tiff. Now it is also clear that it was NOT on my USB stick before. Furthermore, Ms. S. is of the opinion that the opening times on Thursdays are 1000-1700. However, the homepage says 0900-1900 h. Conclusion: employees unfriendly and incapable. I'll be printing over the internet again in the future.
