Have on 15.01. fueled, bought a box of beer and wanted to have a PSN credit card. I paid for everything and when I checked the receipts a short time later, I realized that instead of the credit card for Playstation I received a paysafecard prepaid card. I complained immediately. Exchange was not possible and it was apologized, since it was the trainee. I was promised that the manager would contact me. Nothing happened. Now I have a coupon that I really do not need. Absolute disaster in all matters. I prefer to drive a few miles to the next gas station and be treated seriously and competently and appreciated as a paying end user.
Have on 04.07.13 at 12 o'clock fueled, and bought a pretzel and a roll in the backshop. This pretzel was inedible, hard as a stone, and the salt-swollen and baked again.
And there they advertise with fresh goods - such a naivety - I'm hungry and stink sour !!!
