We have had extremely positive experiences with Mr. Hahnefeld (Golden Times Landsberg). First a very nice written email contact, then immediate telephone support. We were very much under time pressure, but had the idea of custom-made rings. That was quickly clarified and could then be assured. So that nothing interferes with our big day, Mr. Hahnefeld even personally delivered our wish rings to your home. Such a service can hardly be found today! Our rings are just gorgeous !!! Thank you so much, and a thriving business all the time!

My fiancé had my ring made here and was so well advised in several meetings, my style was met so precisely, the ring couldn't fit me better, even though my partner had no previous experience with jewelry. 😀
I could then make the ring smaller and have an engraving inserted free of charge. The two who run the shop as a family business are very open, competent, friendly and simply personable, such small companies are my favorites and we will definitely come back for the wedding rings !!! 😄

We brought our wedding rings (we also bought them there) after a little over a year to have the sand matted processed. We had the choice between preparing the rings in our own goldsmith's shop or sending the rings to the manufacturer. We decided to prepare the sand matting in our own goldsmith's shop and the result is fantastic! The sandblasting is very fine and the rings look like new again.
Furthermore, my wife wanted to have her ring reworked from 4mm to 3mm wide. The three stones should be exchanged for one stone. It was crucial for us that the engraving remains inside. This wish could be fulfilled and my wife is totally happy with her "new / old" wedding ring. Our expectations were actually exceeded. In our opinion, the price / performance ratio is very good and the customer service in the store as well as afterwards by phone or email is extremely good.
