Bad service> Changing the battery on my Rado watch:
The digital time display NOT set, only the analog, also the (digital) date not set, but then collected 20 euros. When I asked why not set the gruff answer, I have to do it myself.

Promised processing times are not met !!
After the processing time of the paid engagement ring of 7-10 days was suddenly extended to 7-14 days, understanding could be applied.
After 14 days we had to contact the buyer and ask for the state of affairs. It was promised 'this week he should come' .. .. The week passed without result. Again we had to contact each other. Heidelberg received little understanding. Every newly engaged couple understands that they want to show their happiness to the world and do not want to be constantly put off, that the ring will 'come someday'.
Wait after 23 days, the ring was then ready to pick up ... It is understandable that the bad customer service, the wedding rings in the competition buys ... You do not want to finally get them after the wedding.
