Not really a star! Very rude and a cutthroat! 30 € are charged for shortening two watches! Although that was one of his achievements and we had asked him kindly if he could give us a bag, we got the answer that he would not give it to us because they are strange watches and because his name is on it. The same applies to a normal battery change (15 €). Some relatives are already very dissatisfied with him and no longer set foot in his branch! That's exactly what we're going to do now! I will never enter this branch again!

No star! My wife was threatened by the boss in this shop today and thrown out (no exaggeration) after she only questioned why her watch broke after changing the battery in this shop. Actually, she should report this man if a woman alone with two children is approached by a man in such a way, he emerges from behind the counter, stands up in front of her and makes threatening gestures.

Experience # 1 Has refused to service a mechanical watch because it was not purchased from him - um ... is that relevant if I ask a watchmaker as a paying customer for an overhaul? In addition, extremely questionable business conduct. I won't set foot in the door here anymore. Experience # 2 My wife wanted to trade in rings from an estate, had received an underground offer - when she refused, the rings were thrown over the counter ... very adult the behavior of the manager. Chapeau! Conclusion: never again.

Yes, Mr. Kahmke is right. I bought the ladies watch on the Internet (so directly, and a little derogatory, I was told that by him). On Ebay classifieds. Because I like to shop there. There are very nice things there. Not just cheap and junk. And I love and collect beautiful and old things. Also this ladies watch, which once cost € 189.00. And if he has a problem installing a battery for € 9.00 for me, then I just say: he's making a mistake! Even without grumbling, I would have paid € 25.00 for his service. Next time I'll go back to Uhren Wittmann around the corner. They are always nice and friendly, but currently on vacation. And don't forget: at some point my wife will want a ring or a necklace. I don't buy them on the internet.

I wanted to have the battery changed for my somewhat older bike clock. I should sign that my watch would no longer be waterproof afterwards. I refused, then was downright disgusted. Never again!!! Get replaced at Wittmann without any problems.
