Where should I start?! So far I have been happy to be a customer, but now this shop has gotten all my nerves. We bought wedding rings there, unfortunately my pregnancy made mine too small ... When I wanted to hand over the ring, I waited 45 minutes for two mini-orders and had my baby with my husband in the car. Well, apart from the long time, the saleswoman was more than overwhelmed! She asked me what size I need for the ring now and what kind of material the ring is made of .... Shouldn't she know that ????? Then she said it would take 1 week until I got the ring back .... On the phone it was first ... Oh, we have to look first where the colleague got the ring. Well, with such an expensive ring my heart beats much faster ... Well, she said he was there. After more than 1 week it was said that it would take 2 to 3 weeks and a few days later it was 4 weeks. I was told they made a rush order out of it .... 4 weeks have passed and I still don't have my wedding ring. I'll finish the job there and then unfortunately this branch won't see me anymore. The 2 stars are only given for advice on the rings

Warning to shop there! My mother got a 3 year old watch from Michael Kors at the original price. In addition, when the bracelet was shortened, the pen was no longer properly attached, which caused the watch to fall off the wrist an hour later and damage the watch. Unfortunately, Schmuckland has denied any guilt and left the customer - my mother - alone with the now damaged watch! A again behavior that I can not understand in any way. Customer service as you wish 👌 great performance and great cinema !!!

Totally overpriced and terrible customer service - no acceptance of a complaint apparently caused by the store. Unfortunately, confrontation rather than finding a solution ...
