Unfortunately, I cannot confirm the positive assessments because the repairs commissioned were not carried out as discussed.
A pearl necklace was not knotted as ordered and a weak thread was used on a heavy amber necklace. In addition, a metal wire was used in two other chains, although I had expressly refused because of a metal allergy. At the same time, two chains have been pulled so tight that they no longer fall properly. I expected more quality from a specialist company.
That was definitely my last assignment here.
Very friendly advice and beautiful jewelry. Have often been asked about my rings (Made b.Schweigert) and admired !!!
