Have booked Vietnam for November, then came the message that this company had gone into bankruptcy and you should apply for a refund from R + V with the security certificate. Our friends from Berlin, with whom we had booked the trip, got their money fully refunded by R + V after 2 weeks, we are still waiting for an answer after a month today. In response to a telephone request, it said: What are you from Switzerland? I can't help you, apparently as a Swiss person in beautiful Europe you have no rights.

We found this special travel agency on the internet and were skeptical at first. But the offers and nice, friendly service convinced us to book our trip. And what can I say, everything went perfectly. The hotels suggested were great. The transfer to the minute on time. If it were that easy Many thanks and see you next trip !! 😊😊

Unfortunately an unreliable travel provider! The flight bookings were all a mess (wrong names, wrong route planning, flights in the itinerary indicated, which apparently did not fly in the winter timetable (you could speak of fraudulent deception so the flight staff on site.) The wrong name on the flight tickets we had before Every travel agency knows that the names have to be exactly the same. Real beginner mistakes The individual travel components (especially Java and Bali round trip) were so thin that the local guides were only surprised Place to save the program, thank goodness we had good local guides so whoever is looking for a negative adventure, book Asia-tours!
