Here is an excerpt from a letter I sent Mr. Schneider twice. Since I never received an answer, now publicly.
On Thursday April 30th I wanted to take the last bus that night (00:15) by rail replacement from U to V to get the train that was supposed to take me to I. I had been out all day at this point.
I sat right behind the back door on the right side. We were two passengers. In N later a handful climbed in and were distributed generously in the bus.
In the middle of a place that I later found out to be G, the driver, who wasn't wearing a mask himself (which he probably doesn't have to), slowed down and started talking. He didzens to someone who kept telling him to pull the mask off his face. "You do who pulls the mask from the eyes every few minutes". After a few seconds I realized that he meant me. "Jo, I mean you, he does with the red thing in the face!" His accusation corresponded to the facts in that I suffer from asthma and could hardly breathe after this long journey. For this reason, I had already exchanged my mask for a thin and permitted motorcycle motorcycle mask on the last train. In order to promote the inflow of air, I occasionally pulled the mask under my nose as I inhaled, and then pulled it back over my nose as I exhaled. Since I didn't want any trouble, I replied that from now on I would leave the mask over my nose. "Yes, it's good, I'm leaving her now." They were the only words I ever addressed to him. He wasn't satisfied with that, no. He did exactly the opposite of what was expected. He stopped, opened the rear door directly in front of me and said: "If you don't get it, you have to get out." I took my bags and got out. He closed the door and drove on.
I didn't know where I was, no stop. Since my phone no longer had internet due to the long journey, I could not find it out via googlemaps. So I went through the town and was already thinking about ringing the doorbell (00.30 in the morning) to ask where I was when I came to a train station where G was standing. Now I called the information, which required three attempts, because the connection was so bad that I was not understood. I got several numbers from taxi companies that all turned out to be closed. Fortunately, I managed to get a taxi to G on the fourth try. It was the only taxi available at this time of night since 19 night trips due to Covid had been discontinued due to lack of demand in the S area. The driver was not only very friendly, he was also a former bus driver. He asked me what would have taken me to this place at that time and I told him. By the way, I kept the mask on. He expressed his astonishment at the behavior of the bus driver and advised me not to leave it uncommented. The taxi to I cost me just over 40 euros, I gave him everything I had in my wallet, it was 45 euros. I would have loved to give him a 50, because without him I would have spent the night outside. But this is not about money.
I find the company's motto mockery. Also that Mr. Schneider didn't even think I needed to answer.
Very fast driving style on the highway
A proven reliable company with reliable and friendly drivers. Whether in regular transport or on trips, or for the journey to an event in a group, you feel comfortable here.
Was also on the trip mentioned below and would like to say very clearly that as a long-time customer I was always very satisfied with the handling in advance and the implementation of trips. It was the first time that something did not go smoothly, but it can always happen and only then does crisis management show whether a company is really good at or trying to do something. And that was it. So keep it up!
The bus company, placing utmost importance on friendliness, maintenance and cleanliness.
Very exemplary, I can recommend the company Schneider unrestricted.
