I called on a Friday and described my problem (dpf problems). When Mr. Weber asked when I could come and I said that I was still on vacation the following Monday, he said: “We'll see you on Monday 9:00 am! Said and done . Order signed and the little runabout (VW UP) was handed over to me with a few tips on how to spend the day. My car was picked up again at 5:00 p.m. And unrecognizable. Nice and lively again, the 2.3t T5 was supposed to run again. In the meantime, several thousand kilometers completed and very satisfied. Very recommendable. The day will always be remembered for me. Simple electrical repair on the ship's trailer was completely inadequate. Therefore not recommended.

Had a marten bite on vacation. Was approached on the Kaufland parking lot, as I helplessly looked into the engine compartment. I was helped directly, in 5 minutes I was at the workshop. In 10 minutes the breakdown was eliminated. Very nice, very helpful, highly recommended.
