Mr. Delzeit writes nonsense. A used car guarantee always costs money. Either it is included in the purchase price or it is calculated additionally. There is no statutory used car guarantee. Perhaps he means the liability for material defects that the legislature provides for private buyers. However, this is not a guarantee. A clean place, quick, flexible appointment arrangements and a car that is very well prepared for the viewing. Until then everything was great. Unfortunately, however, the price negotiations with Mr. Streicher turned out to be very tough. Furthermore, he sold the car “on behalf of the customer” so he tried to evade the statutory warranty obligation. During the unbelievable story of why the car was sold on behalf of a customer, he repeatedly got entangled in contradictions. Ultimately, there was an agreement on the price to take out additional insurance. The car was still not bought because the trust was finally destroyed.
