In transit with our Sprinter camper. Failure of the power steering and what a lucky coincidence to have come to this workshop.
The reception staff were very friendly. Mr. Weiß from the workshop advised us calmly and competently, then after a few phone calls about the procurement of spare parts and a repair order, we were able to continue our journey with a rental car (ADAC).
After two days the repair was done, we could pick up the camper.
Our conclusion ... We are completely satisfied with service, repairs and costs. This workshop is highly recommended. Thanks again to the staff, especially Mr. Weiss.
A pleasant mixture of competence, friendliness and goodwill! Due to his excellent knowledge of my oldies, Mr. Geiger saved me from expensive and unnecessary repairs at another company. Classic Mercedes? Only have it repaired by Mr. Geiger in the Medele Classic Center!
