Had port implantation procedure, which they told me will be performed with local anesthesia. I had made the best decision in my life and required general anesthesia. first of all I waited 3 hours before they took me to the operation. the nurse was absolutely incompetent, asked questions but did not listen to the answers. I understand that is according to the guideline but it is insulting when she turns her back on you and pretends that communicates with you. The doctor was the old lady with suspicious competence. They told me that it is not usual that the patient is bleeding during this procedure. I did. and my shoulder is total blue. after procedure they told me I should not get up and go to the toilet alone, although the door was in half meter from the bed. They accompany only to the door, then the patient should go alone. But what's the most interesting thing, after going to the toilet, they said, now you can go home and they let me go through the whole building, elevator to the exit absolutely alone. Terrible.

Here you get an all-round carefree package. Unfortunately I was there for the 3 time stationary in 2020. Doctors and staff nice and competent. Was satisfied with everything!

I was operated on as an outpatient. Both the surgical team and the team on Ward 4 were exceptionally friendly, always ready for fun, but competent and helpful in every way. The coffee was excellent (never experienced in a hospital). Many Thanks! I wish all employees that they keep their good mood and that they stay healthy - then getting well is much easier for the patients.

Been there very often as a patient. Always helped immediately, nothing is left unturned, very hard-working and super nice doctors and nurses, never had long waiting times in the emergency room (a matter of luck. Of course, always depending on the number of patients)! I always feel very comfortable there and in good hands and cared for, regardless of whether I'm there for 30 minutes, 3 hours or 3 days. I always like to come back (in theory). I cannot understand or confirm negative reviews!

Dr Baumann and his team are just great! You are in good hands there. And the team at Ward 1, Outpatient Surgery, is also great, very friendly and tries to make everything possible.
