Unfortunately we have had the experience that the engraving on our wedding rings was done incorrectly. The rings were only replaced after a complaint was made on our part. When we picked up the new rings, we were served very arrogantly and cheekily. Up to this point we were actually enthusiastic because the complaint was taken seriously and constructive suggestions were made. But they don't seem to be polite. We asked the youngest waitress several times not to shout so loudly because our daughter sleeps in the stroller. Did nothing, spoke loudly until she was awake. Good goods are not everything. At least they don't seem to have mastered the craft of engraving, since they first defended themselves that there is no other way. It was only with emphasis that everything went as we wanted.
