I ordered 6 kg of sausage from Mr Rademacher for 1.08, which I can put at home myself for one or more sausage platters.
I can only say that he really prepared it perfectly, although I didn't even have an exact idea myself.

A cozy butcher shop with friendly staff. The reviews that claim the opposite I can not understand. I sat here and ate my chili con carne (next to it, it was really yummy: D) and could only see smiling and friendly staff doing a little talk. Only the tables could have been cleaned more often (crumbs).
