Wanted to give 0 starts, but not possible. Driver very irresponsible - i though i was going to die. Bus also old and dirty.
Despite the included travel cancellation insurance and although we canceled the trip months ago due to a lengthy illness, we stayed on part of the costs. The employees of the Krieger company did not find it necessary to campaign for reimbursement from the insurance company. Cancellation at the Krieger company can only be accomplished with an enormous amount of paperwork. We will no longer book a trip with Krieger. We wonder why cancellation costs are booked if a trip is canceled months in advance! The Krieger company had had no costs related to hotels, etc.
We went with a school class with the bus company Krieger and everything, really everything was excellent. We were sensationally looked after by the bus driver and could always rely on being picked up on time. The rides we did on site were smooth and safe. In addition, we got helpful tips about the region, as the bus driver in this very well knew. We will ride with warriors again!
We were 3 days at Törggelen in South Tyrol. A big compliment to our driver Dirk, he had all situations super grip and we felt very well cared for. One should only keep in mind that the hikes were very exhausting and not for all participants.
We had an unforgettable bus trip to Merano yesterday.
A modern and clean coach with an absolute top driver.
We always felt very safe and in good hands.
Giovanni also entertained us well and it was a pleasure to be able to make this trip.
We will make bus trips with you with 100% certainty !!!!
