We have already booked various trips there and also received advice. A very professional and very friendly team there. We received extensive advice and were offered some alternatives. Traveling with a large family is not easy, but we have always found a solution there.

Very, very good service, competent advice, always friendly, smiling employees and reliable handling of all inquiries! Here you immediately feel at ease, we have taken advice here several times and were very satisfied with our trips! The telephone accessibility is also very good, especially today - due to the exceptional location due to Corona - I contacted the travel agency and was amazed that I got through immediately on the phone, customer loyalty is very important here. I had a very friendly and helpful staff on the management (thanks to Mr. M ... for your efforts and advice) and got all my questions answered and had a good feeling thanks to the phone call. We remain true to the Weilheim travel service in Eisenkramergasse :-) I recommend this branch 100% to everyone who wants to book a good trip at very good conditions and want to be in the best hands when it comes to vacation planning. Booked in the Weilheim travel service for 20 years. We were always very well advised. Many thanks to the team and keep it up. Even in the event of an illness-related trip termination, help was provided quickly and easily. No online retailer can do that.
