Very friendly and really good staff. Not intrusive, absolutely helpful, quick to provide support. Good prices that can easily compete with MM & Co. And the goods are in stock! Gladly again. An underrated pearl of the Bavarian Forest.

So no matter what you get to judge, it takes forever. E.g. my coffee machine, a very important device for me in everyday life, is still not ready for collection after 10 days. What also puzzles me is the fact that I have to pay € 20 for a loaner and that this device is apparently not even insured, since the borrowing customer also has to bear the costs if this loaner is defective. So I'd rather refrain from it ... Friendly staff yes but service to annoy you.
