Unfriendly and incompetent, my wife's (Omega De Ville) watch took the battery to be changed, the employee didn't manage it, but instead, after taking a closer look at home, I noticed that the pressure from behind to squeeze the battery in was probably the case in the dial was pressed, which is now torn. But I can also report a good thing, I was looking for a certain battery, it was in stock, but it was too expensive (5 €), so I was given the tip to try it in the Czech Republic, which I did , and lo and behold, I got 10 of this battery there for 5 €. THANKS A LOT!

Very friendly and competent advice from "Petra" received (our baby wanted to know what your name is). We found our wedding rings within 5 minutes and were able to collect them after a short time including engraving.
