Important. Our washing machine was broken. Error 21 - engine. The fitter was on site for 20 minutes and replaced the carbon brushes of the electric motor and came to the conclusion that the motor was broken. If you buy a new one, the old one can be picked up and disposed of immediately. I looked at the whole thing myself again and removed the engine and installed new coals. The washing machine works as before! No new coals were installed or tested at the appointment! and what would have happened to the "broken" machine ..? To get to the engine you have to remove the engine from below. Only the rear cover was removed and it was not reassembled - "because the machine would be broken anyway and would fly out". Nothing was touched down and the old coals were still installed.
