We got advice from Ms. R. on the topic of washer-dryer and dishwasher, and we knew roughly what we wanted. Ms. R. presented further advantages in a targeted manner and explained the functions. Above all, however, she was very committed and nice - something that a purchase on the Internet cannot offer us. When we went back to the store a few weeks later to purchase accessories, we were immediately recognized. That gives us a nice feeling to be welcome. The delivery was on time, nice and professional. We will be happy to buy more Miele appliances and accessories from Miele specialist Ecks and we will be happy to buy from Ms. R.

The Ekks-Miele customer service and advice in the shop regarding a repair request was very, very, very unfriendly on June 15, 2020. Will avoid this store in Heilbronn in the future !!!

Super Service! We were there competently and friendly advice from Mrs. Rommel regarding a washing machine and have from Hr. Schmid still received a fair offer. Although we were always there almost before closing time, Mrs. Rommel was always patient and took the necessary time to explain everything to us. You do not get anything upset. The delivery including installation and equipment instruction went smoothly and we are very satisfied. We can recommend the business with full conviction.
