Well arranged rooms. Clean and comfortable. Very friendly personal. A really good breakfast and a great dinner with very tasty and delicious food. Suited at the foot of the silver mountain and mine. In an interesting little town with many locations for looking and shopping. And many places for sport and hiking.
Needs some updates. Beds and mattresses should be renewed. Wifi is not working properly throughout the whole hotel. English is an issue. Price/quality is OK.
Had a good stay.
The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are modern and spacious. Cleaning staff works very superficially, large cobwebs around the picture frame were not seen and removed for 5 days. We complained about this to the boss on departure.
The food was not a 4 star hotel. It was tasteless and always lukewarm. Soups and sauces are all ready-made products.
Breakfast very good and varied. Positive: fresh rolls from the bakery and various types of bread. Fresh fruit and vegetables every day
This is our third time here.
We are very satisfied and holidays with dogs are also very important here.
The staff is always friendly and very accommodating.
Very clean and nice rooms.
The wellness area is a dream.
The food is very good (only portions if there is no buffet, very small)
