This is the worst public transport experience ever. There was a woman busdriver, no problem with that. She wore no mask because of the corona issue, but she is not obliged to do so, no problem with that too. In the bus is a paper that tells people who drive along to wear a mask. I do so, all the other people too. When the last passenger comes in he sits down and doesn't wear a mask. I walk up to the man and tell him he forgot it, and i don't want corona. When i did so, the busdriver started yelling something, i didn't hear exactly what and walked back to my chair. When i sat down she stopped the bus and came walking to the middle, i sat in the back. She started yelling to me like i was a little child who had done something wrong. She said passengers were not obliged to wear a mask and kept telling me i was wrong. I felt humiliated, everybody was looking at me at this moment. She kept yelling like a crazy woman and finally went back to her seat to drive further. I was very confused, and looked up the rules, it said everybody has to wear a mask, so she was wrong. When i came to my stop i called her company and asked what the rules were. A very friendly woman told me it was not true what she said, and she would talk to the driver. I hope she doesn't drive the bus anymore, because she is one of the reasons corona is getting worse by making her own rules. She is totally crazy by yelling to someone like that.

Today we took a bus trip to Passau, in which no attention was paid to the current circumstances. A number of guests on the bus wore their mouth and nose protectors under their noses and some did not even wear them. And although I drew the bus driver's attention to this before the return trip and he again pointed out to the guests that the protection was worn correctly, hardly any of the guests took care of it. It would have been the job of the bus driver to make the guests aware of the correct wearing of the mouthguard

In my opinion, this bus company has not even earned this one star, the school buses are constantly broken something and the students have to walk home. In addition, a clear smell of gasoline is recognizable during the rides, which makes them feel sick. It is very stuffy on the bus.
