No information when vehicle is ready. After repeated calls then the statement that spare parts must be ordered. Clutch was renewed. After 2 days suddenly gearbox defective. Then new tires are ordered. Stored old tires are no longer found .... ... Totally unacceptable. Only Hussle.

Unfortunately, after years of service have been very disappointed and only stopped car stood for weeks at the farm with no apparent advance.

Can not understand the negative reviews - workshop has helped us with our older cars (Golf + Corolla) several times very quickly, easily and inexpensively. Handcrafted always great and always friendly service. Definitely not a rip-off or a mess - I have had completely different (negative) experiences. I am glad that we have Coalbeck in our place

Inept, outrageous, unbelievable: You don't get a clear indication of how long the repair will take. Wrong spare parts are ordered. It cannot be continued because the vehicle registration certificate is screwed up. Instead of reporting, you simply wait until the customer reports. More days pass. After 2 weeks you finally get a car that still needs repair, because you still haven't found the fault. Conclusion: If you could give negative stars, I would do it. Hands off!
