Due to the spring exhibition we were in the premises in Neuhaus on site. We came specially from Erlangen - we could have saved ourselves this way. Extremely unfriendly and unsuspecting staff, which acts freely according to the motto "Attention customer" .. So not! Our Husqvarna Akkurasenmäher, to which we would like to have a consultation, we will now acquire elsewhere. That's why it's just a star.

Normally a star is still too much !! We got an advice for an automatic lawn mower, in the shop the conversation was still ok, but nothing more. The on-site appointment for the property analysis was almost an impudence !! The boss and owner himself was on site, on questions was hardly gone, furthermore, my husband and I had more knowledge than this "expert". The way to this company and the time you can save, as we have learned from the circle of friends and colleagues, unfortunately not an isolated case .. We then bought our garden helper "Sepp" from a very friendly and competent dealer in the district of Forchheim and are still more than satisfied with the device and the service!
