I have to warn everyone about this electrician. I wanted to get a cost estimate for our single family home. After Oliver Pfaffenberger appeared 45 minutes late (during that time I was able to find out everything about the dog's knee problems) we talked about the planning for about 1.5 hours. I think I was relatively well prepared (with the floor plan and drawn in lamps, switches and socket). So he just had to take over the points. The offer should then come in the mail 2-3 weeks later. After 2.5 weeks I asked about the booth and it was said that it had already been sent by post, and that it was not possible to send an email beforehand because it was too much / too big. Whatever this could mean!? After 5 days later there was still nothing in the mail, I called again and received it by email. It was a nine-page table of what things should be built in. Including an invoice of 348 € "preparation of electrical plan and offer". I wasn't aware that the offer cost so much, let alone what at all. I tried to clarify the bill over the phone, with the terse answer "You didn't ask whether the offer cost anything, and if you ask that funny question, we can leave it alone. But you have to pay the bill." Simply bottomless and sassy. Especially when you consider that the offer was full of errors (content and spelling). Ultimately, the bill was then canceled with the help of a lawyer ... I can only advise anyone against this company.
