Already in the first meeting I had a positive impression of Mr. Winkler as RA, due to his pleasant human nature. Thanks to his more than 30 years of experience in the law firm, he is a very knowledgeable and competent lawyer who represented me very well in a complex case. Despite often difficult situations in this matter, I felt that I was in good hands with him. He was available in person on a regular basis, because he always called back promptly, which was extremely helpful for me with some questions to him. Although the other side kept coming up with new, constructed counter-arguments, he was able to reassure me because he knew how to react to it in writing, clearly justified. In short, he represented my interests professionally. So I can only recommend RA Winkler and his team Say thank you.

Mr. Winkler advised me about the tenant association and was then commissioned by me to file a lawsuit. But then nothing happened for a whole year! Several calls, emails and letters were not answered. At some point I kindly asked him to tell me honestly whether he was overworked. No Answer! I then revoked his mandate for inactivity. I find his behavior cheeky and absolutely unfair! My legal claims and evidence have deteriorated massively through a waiting period of one year. Thank you very much, Mr. Winkler!

We, 4 (+2) students had founded a shared flat in Erlangen Bruck and after the move and afterwards had great difficulties with our (malicious) landlady from Erlangen Bruck. Out of frustration and because 2 other students had the same difficulties with the landlady, we turned to Mr. Winkler through the tenants' association. (He was already familiar with the lady, he had previously represented clients against the lady.) Mr. Winkler first advised us helpful and was free on the extract !!! there. So he took some time for us and took care of the case. Finally, it came to the process in which Mr. Winkler has competently represented us and we have finally been awarded 100% right. To Mr. Winkler: He looks very competent on us. Someone who is not just about money but more about humanity. Presumably he is therefore also in an advisory capacity with the tenants' association. His office is a bit smokey, but that's part of a real "original" like him. For students definitely the first choice! Thank you again :)
