I looked for a roof cleaning company on the internet and found Gwinner. The company was a real Christmas present! Super friendly advice on the phone and the assurance that the job will be completed promptly. This promise was kept. The absolute highlight for me was the invoice, which was a lot cheaper than the offer that was only made based on my telephone information. Many other companies would have billed according to the offer and not according to the service actually provided. Great company!
Balcony sealing and parapet sheets executed ... everything in order with reliable execution as instructed ..... gladly again, can only be recommended ....
Order: Renewal of the gutter for a single-family house and sheet metal work on the dormer.
The work was fine and communication with the local staff was good.
In the offer, however, the dimensions mentioned in the advertisement were all taken over incorrectly. If you then only (like me) compare the prices and trust the correct takeover of the specialist company, the result is a wrong picture in the assessment of the offers.
In retrospect, I would no longer give the order to the Gwinner company. There were regional providers with good ratings, which would have carried out the order about 25% cheaper.
Communication with the company after invoicing was extremely modest.
Conclusion: there are better ones that are even cheaper
What can you say ... everything is top, punctual and as agreed. Big plus = always available for questions
Attention! offered the overpriced brings subcontractors and collected 3 times more hourly rate equal to double even for temporary help equal to master calculated, cashed ride in and return incl parking fee although parked in the construction site. what costs 1500 ¬ he wants over 9000 ¬ for it !!!! wants to make a work contract with my own lawyer who should pay and where it says no matter what happens with it do not want to have warranty equal to 0. Caution!
