In the past, I regularly visited the book oasis to drop off my Hermes packages. The shop looks nice and I would have liked to have browsed a little more times. Unfortunately, as a Hermes customer, I always had the impression that I was not wanted. The two sellers (lady and gentleman) who served me there were never really friendly; sometimes there was not even an audible "hello" or "goodbye". I now hand over my parcels to another branch because it was always uncomfortable for me to drop them off in the book oasis.
