Had storm damage. I have been waiting for it to be done since March. Called several times, always put off, she passed it on. This went on until the end of September. Now I have hired another roofer who has done the damage within 14 days. Many years ago I had my house completely covered by the Rittershofer company and immediately paid for everything. That's not how you treat old customers. I also have to say that the boss lives only about 500 meters from me and drives past me every day. Not professional....

The Rittershofer company recently renovated our building roof. Not an easy task. We were fascinated by the professionalism, support and advice. Our original reason to choose Rittershofer was the history as a family business. A company that has existed for over 25 years will surely still have the warranty period of 5 years. We can heartily recommend this company.

The roofer Rittershofer extremely disappointed me in his customer orientation. In 2010 my parents had the roof completely re-covered by Rittershofer. Now I wanted to sell my parents' house. The appraiser discovered loose insulation material in the store. I tried 8 weeks to organize the repair with the Rittershofer company. It took 10 calls and emails. The roof was not repaired at the time of sale. I am very upset. I have been put off on call back many times that never took place. Very very annoying.
