Nice furnished little restaurant / café with a corner for books and other gifts that are sold there. Unfortunately, I have to agree with the criticism that it was difficult for us to recognize how to order something to eat. After standing around helplessly for a long time and the waitress pacing back and forth several times, we just stood in line. Then when ordering food we asked for a table and were assigned accordingly. Here the staff was open and friendly. The food was delicious, served quickly and freshly prepared at the table. The menu isn't huge, but there are many exciting little dishes that I don't know from any other restaurant in Heilbronn.

The apple pie is awesome. Coffee tastes good too. Nice little shop. 👍

Terrible service. Nobody paid us any attention for 20 minutes. When we asked if we could order something, we were told Orders are only accepted inside. A notice clearly stating that you are only served inside would have been an advantage.

Unfortunately, we are unable to judge after 20 min. no one waited has left again. A guest who asked about the menu inside, because he was probably not served either, was groused that she would bring it out right away. Service doesn't work like that, there were three of us and it wasn't full! Went to the chard and were served excellently!
