When dissolving a noble wine cellar, it is highly recommended to obtain and wait for several offers from different potential buyers. Otherwise, as in our case, expensive rarities, wine and champagne are bought for 50% of the amount that other retailers offer. It is nice when you sell well as a dealer, but do you have to pay unheard of little to maximize profits for laypeople who supply you with exquisite rarities like Rothschild and Pommery? Communication also makes you think. Everything went very quickly and super friendly until our goods arrived at Winespecials. Only DHL informed about the receipt, the friendliness was over, calls and emails are now ignored. Maybe wine-specials would be more suitable: after you as a “customer” (business “partner”?) Have paid postage, packaging costs and the Paypal transaction fee for the payment by the retailer and given the expensive rarities out of your hands, en feel. Such treatment and payment is disrespectful and unfair. We looked in vain for goodwill here.
