We ordered from Pizza Express yesterday because our actual delivery service is on vacation. We ordered almost the same as we usually do, but paid 7 euros more. My wife was happy with her Penne al Forno. I ordered the duetto. I was not so happy because it was called tortellini and 2 sauces. The tortellini were probably with a spinach filling (vegetarian), I didn't order that and I assumed normal tortellini. I don't expect the pasta to float in the sauce, but a little sauce would have been nice. So my dish was a very dry affair. The pizza rolls ordered with it were therefore not used. Please don't get it wrong, the food was prepared with fresh ingredients and so far it tasted good. In addition, my request for the latest possible delivery worked very well. Addendum to my review: The owner contacted me by phone and apologized that there was a mix-up during the delivery. A vegetarian got my tortellini for this. I think it's great and I'm happy that the owner took the trouble to contact me and clarified the matter to me. In addition, I get the order value credited for the next order. That's what I call customer service, be it in after-sales!

Have just ordered for the first time. Party pizza. Simply great. Will order again. Beba was angry and hungry, now is full and happy. Great pizza.

Express is something else. We ordered at 5:00 p.m. because we have small children who have to go to bed on time. After 3 calls (each time it was promised that the food would be ready and will be delivered immediately) the food came at 7:30 pm. After the third call at 7 p.m. we canceled the meal and had to let the boss lie to us and yell at us because allegedly the road conditions are so bad. That is not how it works. We'll never order from Pippo‘s again! Bad road conditions might have happened today at 6:00 a.m., but not at 6:00 p.m. And I already feel lied to when someone tells me at 5:30 p.m., 6:20 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. that my meal is ready.

Unfriendly on the phone, no criticism. We have ordered several times and pasta was mostly okay so far. Pizza dough, on the other hand, is tough as rubber. When we pointed this out, we were just rudely asked to order somewhere else. Apparently Pipos doesn't need any customers and doesn't know how to treat regular customers. What a shame. Not recommendable.
