Unfortunately very bad service. Deadlines were not kept, as were promises made.
Worst of all, however, is the telephone lady who denigrates customers and keeps them away from the owner, who cannot be reached personally.
It's a shame to see how a once well-run and trustworthy craft business is going to ruin.
In the meantime we have bought elsewhere, we received competent advice and it was reliably delivered in high quality.
We have built a patio roof made of aluminum and real glass with shading from the company Scheerer. We were very well advised and together with the experience of the company Scheerer we have achieved a great result. The execution is clean and of high quality. We look forward to many days of sunshine and rain under our beautiful roof.
