The doctor (Dr. Rothfritz) is very competent and caring! I like her very much because she approaches your job with passion, but the receptionist (blonde hair) is a catastrophe! I haven't seen anything like that unfriendly, incomprehensible and unprofessional for a long time! We all know that there are certain rules due to COVID, BUT that does not give anyone the right to have a 7 year old little child wait in front of the door for more than 1 std! Only because an accompanying person is allowed in with the pet! All is well and good! But it would be appropriate to use information like all other rules on the AB! We only found out about this from the notice on the front door. You can't ask a mother to come in alone with the pet and leave your child alone outside on the HAUPTSTRASSE, which is very busy !! If the lady had acted professionally, she would have turned a blind eye, let the little child, who was wearing a mask anyway, come in and said "ok for next time, please consider" This is not an attack on the practice! As I said, doctors are great, but either the woman has no children (although that can never justify their behavior) or she is simply not made for the job. That's not how you treat customers! Wrong industry!

Until today we have been to Dr. Rothfritz and Ms. Dr Vorländer and have been very satisfied to this day. However, today we unfortunately witnessed the unprofessional behavior in dealing with the owner of the animals. From the unfriendly tone to the demonstration in the practice and the insinuation that we don't know what our animal needs, after we wanted to continue with the treatment we unfortunately had to put up with everything today. We are disappointed and extremely shocked.

Miss Dr. Vorlaender is super competent, confident. I've been with her with 4 dogs in recent years and I've always been completely satisfied. All around

Great practice. Miss Dr. Vorländer has a very calm manner and explains everything very clearly. We have been there for years and are extremely satisfied.
