We love these Vets, they do speak English and take VAT forms. They helped us with our poor Zoe and then when our 8 year old Pepper got sick they fought hard to save her, then checking our only pup left to ensure he was healthy. Love love love the staff and doctors, they are sympathetic, concerned and very gracious. If you live in the Esslingen area and need a vet I completely recommend them, they are my vets now for as long as I’m in Germany.

Absolutely disgusting service!!! Appointment made for 6 o'clock for injection only but not left the clinic until 8 pm. Also the price was shocking. They have lied the charge will be €100 but charged €128 for injection worth €20. Shockingly bad service. Avoid!!!!!!

My husband and I are very impressed and happy with this Tierklinik. We live in nearby Ostfildern, so it is nice to have a Tierklinik we trust nearby. As native English speakers with German skills that aren't super advanced, any medical experience (including for our dog) can be intimidating, but the staff at this clinic have been very friendly, communicative, and willing to help. I have been super appreciative and grateful for their quick responses via email for scheduling appointments and giving advice; they even quickly prepared a cost estimate for an upcoming procedure we need to have done for our dog, which will be very useful for we can plan ahead for this expense. They also have very affordable prices for our dog's preventative and other medications. We will keep returning to this Tierklinik as customers and thank Dr. med. vet. Schuster and the rest of the staff for their great help so far!

I have only had very good experiences in this clinic in recent years! Absolutely competent and loving vets and super committed vet assistants work here and are on duty for us day and night as well as on weekends. I would like to address myself to Dr. Thank you Damoc, she successfully treated a severe corneal injury in my dog ​​and also in Dr. Brömelstrote, she performed a heart ultrasound on my very excited dog Oskar, who fell asleep even during the treatment due to her calm, loving nature. Thanks to the entire AniCura team for the great support!
