The service of the small bakery is extremely bad:
Breads are not cut or only cut after repeated requests, you are left standing with the statement that you have "something else" to do.
Small coins (no copper money) are not accepted, with the request to pay with bills the next time. There is no reaction at all to the provocative question as to whether one would have card payment (Google / Apple pay etc.). Another customer wanted to pay with a slightly torn 10 euro note, which was refused. The customer had to leave the shop without any goods. Free exchanges at Sparkassen and Landesbanken are possible. Of course, stores don't HAVE to take such bills, but that's service ...
Conclusion: the rolls are not bad (compared, for example, to the bread hatch in the city center, but no comparison), but to offer such poor service for a standard product today is completely incomprehensible. This is not to be supported, otherwise a 3 for the quality of the rolls in school grades.
