June 27, 2018 After I waited until the lady behind the counter finished her conversation with the lottery customer, I was finally allowed to say a greeting and get rid of my wish. However, the lady answered neither with a greeting nor with a comment about the ordered product but began to scold because my leather saddle touched her safety glass pane. An apology on my part didn't help. Even after I was out of the store, the lady couldn't calm down complaining to other customers about the touch of my soft leather saddle with its safety glass. Friendliness and service are a foreign word in this shop, at least for the saleswoman. Unfortunately, I will no longer shop there. Michael Bierhenke
