Super customer friendliness.
I have been an enthusiastic Wellensteyn customer for years and have bought all my jackets in this store - until now.
The two women from today (February 8, 2020) were more concerned with themselves and deepened in their conversation. A "good day" was possible. No question about "can I help you" or the like.
Bad luck - sales now went to P&C.
Super Service! Easy return by post and the money was returned within 5 days by bank transfer. Top!
Very good advice
Relatively small store with friendly sales staff. Variety of products goes like this. Unfortunately in large sizes (from 4xlaufwärts) very limited offer. But not cheap.
Here I would recommend the more remote lying Stor in Binz!
