Unfortunately, I'm disappointed with the Rossmanfiale in the Reuterpassage in Rostock. I was in the Fiale today and wanted to buy small button cell batteries. Stand in front of 2 customers at a cash register. then the lady at the till tells me I should line up at the other till she closes the till. I queue up at the other cash register, after about 12 minutes a customer comes to the front and asks if she doesn't open the second cash register. The checkout is up and I'm still in the queue, great, service is different, that's not the experience in this Fiale
