The advice given by the managing director Mr. Kreutzer was excellent. He responded to every question and really took his time. We felt comfortable from the first second and have not looked back. Everything was perfect, from advice and purchase to delivery. It couldn't be better!
Competent advice, but not too large selection of different brands in the new offer - for first-class prices, especially for music students (or their parents).
We had to wait first, because the seller had to deal with other customers and a general reference of different pianos was not so welcome. Maybe because of the rather narrow space and the otherwise high noise level.

Super friendly and helpful staff. I was given expert advice and instruments in my price range were presented to me in detail. The prices also adapt to the price range on the Internet, so it makes no sense to look for a cheaper offer after selecting the instrument. A really nice shop that I can highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a suitable (e-) piano.
