Super competent advice, friendly and always an open ear for every problem - especially from Mr. Schmidt! I come to the shop with my 3 children and dog - everyone is always courteous, regardless of whether in summer or winter, even the children are taken care of so that you can discuss things in peace I can only recommend this shop and would be lost without it

I have been a customer of BSB for a number of years now and receive great advice there both privately and commercially. It started with a mobile phone contract for private use and, thanks to the very nice, personal and competent advice, continued in the business area. Personal advice and, above all, support is very important to me, because I'm not a big fan of hotline hopping, where you have a new contact person after every call. At BSB I found my personal solution. A contact person for my concerns and this with personal contact and great information about changes in tariffs or a short message about expiring contracts and new offers .. I think that even as a pure private customer, you are in good hands there, because such a business is worth more than a telephone exchange. If this may sound like a bought opinion, then I am sorry, but how should I describe my experience with this business differently than I have experienced and am experiencing. 5 stars therefore gladly and deservedly from me.
