Sympathetic and professional advice. The assembly was also very conscientious and clean. Complaints were dealt with quickly and in a friendly manner. We are happy to have found such a great planner as Ms. Hasse. The service at favorite kitchens is great from start to finish and absolutely recommendable.
In October 2019 we decided to order our kitchen from Favorite Kitchens on the Hopfenmarkt. Appointments were made quickly and individually. After we briefly described our ideas and wishes, a first draft had already been created by Mr. Born on the agreed date, which already fully met our wishes. Details, materials and equipment were discussed extensively. The appointment for taking the measurements went smoothly and could be taken care of at very short notice by the team from "Favorite Kitchens". The construction of the kitchen was carried out on schedule by very nice fitters, who left their workplace clean and tidy.
Small subsequent problems (lack of use in a drawer) were immediately recorded and resolved within 24 hours.
We are very satisfied with the quality and service of the kitchen studio "Favorite Kitchens - aH Küchen GmbH" and can recommend this with a clear conscience.

Right from the first information meeting, we encountered 100 percent professional competence. The specialist advisor convinced us immediately with her many years of experience, both in planning and in accompanying the assembly.
We can give a consistently positive rating. We received very competent advice from Ms. Hasse. All requests and changes were incorporated and incorporated without any problems. The uncomplicated communication also made short-term adjustments possible.
