On the recommendation of friends in Rostock, we went to the SYS interior design company and had a somewhat complicated corner situation in the hallway planned for storage space. Although it was a relatively small order for a built-in wardrobe variant, the team took a lot of time to advise. We were very satisfied - also with the quality of the furniture. Highly recommended.
Incidentally, a very nice exhibition in the Long Street Rostock!
We had the wish to convert the old children's room into a dressing room and were given excellent advice here. Gladly again!
NOT RECOMMENDABLE
We wrote our ideas in an email, then we made a personal appointment. We were shown three designs on site. We found it strange that the studio and the different cupboards / doors etc were not viewed together.
When asked what there is besides the designs, we were approached harshly. In our mail it would be well, we do not want any frills but only the simplest of the simple - I do not know how you can interpret so much in a mail. We canceled because the appointment was so uncomfortable for us and I as a customer do not understand how to be approached. Well, 4 weeks later the lady called us again, it seemed to me like a control call whether we had really found anything else. Supposedly we would have made another request to you, which of course is not true. Why should we have done this after the previous failure ?!
Conclusion:
Every salesperson knows that you can't sell like this
hardly any more was asked about our ideas
Sometimes ideas come when you see things
You don't blame the customer
