I was recently at MFO on Saaplatz. I have to say it was a super, nice seller. At first I thought you looked a bit older, but surprise, competent and very nice. I will need a new mattress soon and will definitely be back👍👍👍

Nice, helpful saleswoman, one of the few shops (actually the first) that could offer us the desired mattresses and slatted frames.

In search of a mattress cover for mite allergy sufferers, we unfortunately met last week on absolute ignorance. The employee was irritated (but friendly) about our concerns and tried repeatedly to sell fitted sheets. She repeated on our requests a total of three times, that this is washable at 95 degrees (that's not the point in a mite allergy). During the "consultation" she then took another call and we were lost in the shop. We had visited her branch because we were hoping for a specialist mattress shop to be advised on the so far new topic of mite allergy - which unfortunately was not the case. Pity! Edit: Due to the absolutely constructive, friendly and eager response of the owner, I have adjusted my rating.
