The waterproof tarpaulin was missing when the pergola was delivered. The Gartenstuhl employees took care of it immediately and organized the subsequent delivery at short notice. Obviously, customer satisfaction is very important to the team.

we had ordered the armsdale armchairs from brafab in switzerland. The customer contact was super friendly, the delivery on time and easy for us - import, customs and delivery were calculated in advance by gartenstuhl.de, so there was only one invoice. Even after the delivery, the company was always available to answer our questions and concerns at short notice and we look forward to the next contact in the coming spring :)
It took a while, but the support was very personal and pleasant.
